About IPO Calendar
IPO Calendar is a free tracker for Indian initial public offerings. It lists every open, upcoming and recently closed mainboard and SME issue on a single page, with the estimated grey market premium, price band, overall subscription, allotment date, listing date and listing price side by side, so you can compare issues in seconds instead of opening ten tabs.
What each IPO page gives you
- A four-point review covering grey market premium, company financials, subscription status and anchor investors, each scored and summarised in a couple of lines.
- A financials table with revenue, expenses, EBITDA, profit after tax and total assets for the latest reported periods.
- A subscription and allotment tracker that follows an issue from bidding open through allotment to listing, using official BSE and NSE bidding figures.
- Anchor investors, read from the anchor allocation letters published on the exchange websites, with a link to the original document.
- Key risks such as litigation, customer concentration, cyclical demand and regulatory or compliance exposure.
Where the data comes from
Subscription figures come from the exchanges' published bidding data. Anchor investor names come from the anchor allocation letters hosted on BSE and NSE. Dates, price bands, issue sizes and financials come from offer documents and public IPO listings. Grey market premium is an unofficial, unregulated estimate gathered from public grey-market sources — treat it as sentiment, not fact.
The site refreshes itself automatically every hour, and artificial intelligence is used to read those sources, structure the data and write the short reviews. AI can make mistakes, so always verify against the RHP and the exchange websites before acting on anything you read here.
Independence
